For over 40 years, I have worked as a healer and health guide for those who seek lasting change in their life. 

Since before massage was recognized as a therapeutic treatment, I was working with Body,-Meridian Massage Therapy to treat family, friends and acquaintances. 

Driven by a passion for bringing together ancient practices, such as meridian/sen line body work, meditation and breathing techniques with the latest science to highlight total health as a mind-body-spirit experience, I launched a full-time practice in 2004. 

My intuitive, unique and integrative approach to healing involves creating a safe space for awareness and learning. 

Here is what I know to be true.  The body is this brilliant message centre. It is the place where the results of our beliefs, choices and behaviours signal to us what is working in life and what is not.  First, the body whispers, then gets a little louder and if we do not respond to these subtler cues of dis-ease, it could turn into a disease.  The lack of ease in our inner world = dis-ease in the outer world.  

When behaviours match intentions and the mind and body have the vibrational coherence and harmony to work together, health and wellness are restored and long lasting results achieved.  

But what is it that prevents us from achieving these results? What prevents us from acting in ways that will allow us to be our most healthy, vibrant selves? I believe it is because we do not truly and deeply love ourselves.  All the ancient books of mysticism, and wisdom say love is what heals.  And it starts with loving yourself.  

My intuitive, unique and integrative approach to healing involves creating a safe space for awareness and learning. Motivated by the desire to help you understand the mechanics of change while simultaneously empowering you to navigate that change with mindfulness and self-compassion, I use my intuitive prowess to sense and move with your body’s unique cues, resulting in faster and better outcomes alongside more detailed guidance on learning how to love yourself.

 My Philosophy

Ancient medicine recognizes an essential truth. We are all individually responsible for the state of our own minds. We shift from seeking external sources of healing to looking within. This results in activating our innate healing abilities. This alchemical process and system of healing takes the ‘leadened’ human experiences and turns them into ‘spiritual gold'.
